The Sault Tribe Election Commission has reconvened it’s meeting from April 18 today, April 19, and is being held in the Whitefish Point Room at the Kewadin Casino in Sault Ste. Marie. The commission is certifying signatures at this meeting, and members are able to attend the open sessions. While the commission certifies signatures, the meeting is closed. Denim Day was created to protest the misconception that clothing styles contribute to sexual violence.

The ARC is requesting that you wear your denim and teal (if possible) to recognize April's Sexual Assault Awareness Month and take a photograph of your team wearing your denim.
